Anyone that knows me knows I ALWAYS have food with me. I can’t go on road trips without loading down on munchies, and panic if I head to someone’s house not knowing if there is any food present. (These might be some things I should look into working on.) Whenever I’m in the throws of busy season (10 months out of the year), the first thing to go are healthy eating habits. I’ve found that food prep is imperative to being sure I eat well when I’m running crazy, and eating well is imperative to managing stress, feeling bomb, avoiding the “wedding hangover”, and having the energy to just stay alive. I’ve put together a few of my favorite snacks I can grab on the way out the door!
