I could try and emcompass the beauty of this gal with my own words, but you’ll get a beautifully painted picture from her’s:

“Little story of mine : started high school as a broken young girl with big insecurities. High school popularity and pressure to fit in really did get the best of me. These insecurities that I had deep down were what was guiding my every move. I look back and I see a girl who would give into things God never had in store for her. I made poor decisions and treated people badly. My heart would try to compensate for my insecurities by saying and thinking things that were insanely selfish and self conceded…”

We’re getting ready for spring senior season which has us reminiscing about the fall. Our favorite part about working with seniors is hearing how they are influencing and making an impact on their peers. You bet they’re all pretty faces, but the personalities, aspirations, and achievements within this group are what’s really impressive!! We picked a few of our faves from some of our fall sessions (more to come)!

Taylor loves the water, and I love her unique twist on incorporating it into her session. She looks JUST like her mama, and is full of joy (all you have to do is scroll to know I ain’t lyin’). She has been intentional about enjoying every moment throughout high school, and encourages others to do the same.

This sweet girl has a laugh that is beyond infectious. She is full of joy, easy to talk to, and has a welcoming presence about her. Which I find appropriate since that’s what she wants to be remembered for. I asked Dani what she wants her peers to remember her for and she said, “I really hope my classmates remember me as joyful and kind. I always think of it in the sense of “when I walk across the stage at graduation in front of my school what do I hope they think of me in that moment”. I’d like to think they would remember me making them laugh or smiling at them in the hallway, or just simply being a welcoming person!” I think she has that in the bag!

This beauty is cut from her own cloth. I love that she is her own person. From her out of the box style to her playlists on Spotify to her desire to tell stories through photos, she is an influencer. Her dream is to work for National Geographic telling stories and raising awareness about social issues through photos. She’s laidback, confident, and super easy to talk to. It was a joy to explore midtown Atlanta with her. Excited to see where her adventures take her!
