With fall wedding and senior season in full swing, it's easy to get to December, look back and wonder where this part of the year went! It's also easy to skid into the holiday season completely exhausted, friend-less, unhealthy, and burnt out. Been there, done that, and it's the worst. I'm determined for burn out and exhaustion not to be my story, and I've found a few things that help me manage this time of year.
I know you're in the throws of busy season. Some of you may be pulling double header wedding weekends or shooting every day. Regardless, you're hustling, and we are running right there along side of you. You know I'm a huge fan of self care, so I asked my fitness coach friend, Sandra Cauley, to give us some pointers for wedding season and avoiding the infamous "wedding hangover".
